**RUSH SERVICES:  If you need expedited services, it is still possible to book on a date already taken. This will not push back other customers. We have multiple machines and additional crew members if we need to run a simultaneous project. Please text us at 817-381-4511 to inquire about expedited project fees and scheduling options.

 

Once you have reviewed and ACCEPTED your estimate via email, you'll receive an invoice from SQUARE to securely make your booking down-payment of $200. This amount is applied toward your balance, it locks in your scheduled date, and it does allow for rescheduling if necessary. It is however, nonrefundable in the event of full cancellation.

 

After booking payment is made, please select the available start date that works best for you. Text (817-381-4511) or email (BroncoLandClearing@gmail.com) to send us your first and second preferences and will get you added to the calendar.

 

**Scheduled days DO NOT necessarily correspond with the amount of time it will take to complete any project. Our estimates are not "time based" because they are bid according to the full scope of work you requested. Typical mulching project bids are for one machine and one operator unless additional ground crew work is requested. Projects could run longer than anticipated for a variety of reasons, or projects could finish sooner if additional crew members are on site and/or additional equipment is used. No refunds will be given if the job ends sooner than initially "forecasted" by the estimator. Additionally, no charges will be added if the job takes longer than anticipated unless you request additional work beyond the original scope.

**WEATHER CONTINGENCY:  All scheduling is weather contingent! Our machines weigh >12k lbs, which means there is a risk of getting stuck or causing unnecessary damage to your property if the ground is soft or wet. Therefore, we urge you to keep us informed as to weather conditions in your area (and the status of your property saturation) on the days leading up to your project in case rescheduling is necessary.
